Ingredients
- ½ Cup Frozen Cherries
- ½ Cup Mixed Berries
- ½ Banana, frozen
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, optional
- ½ Cup Low Fat Michigan Brand Cottage Cheese
- 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt, non fat
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30-45 seconds. Serve immediately.
