Cherry Berry Protein Packed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Frozen Cherries
  • ½ Cup Mixed Berries
  • ½ Banana, frozen
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, optional
  • ½ Cup Low Fat Michigan Brand Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt, non fat

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30-45 seconds. Serve immediately.
