HEALTHY BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Ingredients

  • 3 cups – Shredded chicken (rotisserie, canned or homemade can be used)
  • 1 cup – Your favorite hot sauce
  • 1 cup – Michigan Brand Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup – homemade ranch dip
    • 1 cup – non-fat plain greek yogurt
    • 1-2 TBSP – homemade ranch seasoning mix (2 TBSP dry parsley, 2 TSP dry dill weed, 1 TSP onion powder, 1/2 TSP salt, 1/2 TSP black pepper)

Directions

  • Mix ingredients in a microwave safe bowl
  • Place in microwave and heat for 3 minutes, stirring halfway throough
  • Test the dip for taste and proper temperature, adjust seasoning and cook time as needed
  • Enjoy with your favorite vegetables, crackers or chips
