Cherry Berry Protein Packed Smoothie

Courtesy of Mariah’s Pleasing Plates Ingredients ½ Cup Frozen Cherries ½ Cup Mixed Berries ½ Banana, frozen 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, optional ½ Cup Low Fat Michigan Brand Cottage Cheese 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt, non fat Directions Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30-45 seconds. Serve

French Toast Protein Shake

Ingredients 1/2 cup Michigan Brand fat free cottage cheese 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder  1 tsp maple extract (or 2 tbs sugar free maple syrup) 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Dash Nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice 3-5 sweetener packets  1/2-1
